Pam Lockley, Managing Director
Pam has been with us since 2004 and occupies the most senior
position within PCHA, working closely with the board and her team
of managers. A strong believer in active tenant involvement Pam's
key priority is to ensure that PCHA delivers an ever improving,
cost effective service. Pam has over 20 years experience of working
in the social housing sector and just prior to joining us was the
Corporate Director of Housing for Hillingdon council. |

Jackie Thomas, Deputy Director Housing
Services
Jackie returned to PCHA in May 2008 - appointed as the new
Deputy Director of PCHA. She spent three years at Lambeth Council
and has twenty years' experience in housing including 16 years at
PCHA as a housing services manager.

Martin Shaw, Head of Property Services
Martin has been with PCHA for over 19 years in a number of roles.
He is now responsible for both the long term maintenance and
upkeeep of PCHA homes and the teams that look after gas safety and
repairs to heating and major electrical
installations. | |

Irene Bannon, Head of Business Support
Irene has been with PCHA since 1996. The teams Irene is
responsible for look after the management of complaints, improving
customer care, and resident involvement. Irene joined us from a
role at TPAS (Tenant Participation Advisory Service). |

Charlie MacDonald, Head of Supported
Housing
Charlie has been with PCHA for over 8 years, prior to that
he worked for specialist Supported Housing providers. He is
responsible for PCHA's Supported Housing Services and
ensuring that PCHA maintains its committment to working
successfully with its vulnerable residents and service
users.
