PCHA is the founding member of Genesis Housing Group.
Founded in 1965 as a result of
"poor homes and good
people", PCHA has grown from its humble beginnings to
become one of London's largest and most successful housing
associations.
In 2005 PCHA celebrated
40 years of serving
communities. To mark our 40th anniversary, we compiled a
history of PCHA and celebrated the occasion at an event held at the
Museum of London where we launched the publication of our
PCHA 40th anniversary
book.
