PCHA Tenants Quality Promise


We believe that tenants have the right to expect a high quality service and that they should play a part in deciding how the services are delivered.

Together we have developed the PCHA Tenants' Quality Promise. This is an agreement between the tenants, as the people who pay for the service, and PCHA, the people responsible for delivering the service.

It covers:

  • The standards of service that are to be delivered to all PCHA tenants
  • Information on how local neighbourhoods can agree additional services for their areas through the use of Neighbourhood Plans
  • How services are monitored and compared with the promises made in the Quality Promise
  • What action tenants can take if PCHA fails to keep to this agreement

This initial agreement has been prepared by PCHA staff and members of the PCHA Tenants Consultative Forum. We will review this every year and use it to help us achieve year-on-year improvements.
