PCHA service standards


We believe that residents have the right to expect a high quality service and that they should play a part in deciding how the services are delivered.

We have set our standards in partnership with the people who use our services. They have said that these are the things that matter most to them.

The standards cover:

  • customer service
  • anti-social behaviour
  • leasehold services
  • lettings and allocations
  • property services
  • rents and service charges
  • resident involvement
  • supported housing
  • tenancy and neighbourhood management

We are committed to meeting the standards we have agreed. As a way of checking whether we are delivering on our promises we collect a range of information.Our residents' groups are involved in holding us to account on our performance.
