our services. They have said that these are the things that matter
most to them.

- resident involvement
- supported housing
- tenancy and neighbourhood management
We are committed to meeting the standards we have agreed. As a
way of checking whether we are delivering on our promises we
collect a range of information.Our residents' groups are involved
in holding us to account on our performance.
