Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity in Income & Revenue
department for a service charges professional to provide back
office management of the service charge annual budget setting. This
will include supervising the preparation of annual reports and
managing service charge data on a data management system.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience of:
- variable service charges with both leaseholders and
tenants
- producing service charge schedules using Northgate or similar
service charge management package
- consulting with residents over draft budget estimates managing
and updating an IT database of service charges
- writing business letters, managing databases, writing reports
and filing
- analysing complex numerical data and providing reports based on
it
Your knowledge of statutory legislation regarding service
charges, including the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 Sec 18 to 30
and the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, will be the
cornerstone of much of your work. You will work to an advanced
level in Excel, and to a good level in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
and a financial reporting system such as Agresso.
