Estate services include cleaning, gardening, parking enforcement,
graffiti removal and other services within the communal areas of
our estates and buildings.
To cover the costs of estate services, we charge residents a
variable service charge, whereby we calculate the shared cost of
the services for each resident.

Estate inspections
Our housing services officers carry out regular inspections of our
estates to ensure that service standards are being met.
If you wish to take part in an inspection on your estate, you can
read more about when the next inspection is
taking place.

Parking on estates
We operate parking control on many of our estates. This means that
there may be restrictions on where people can park. Vehicles parked
on the estate without proper authorisation will be subject to
parking enforcement measures - this could mean that the vehicle
will be removed.

If parking control operates on your estate, please make sure you
have applied for a resident's parking permit. Where visitor's
parking is available on your estate, you must apply for the
appropriate vistor's parking permit.
