The Lettings and Allocations team are responsible for letting empty
homes, they also help existing tenants to move or exchange their
homes with other tenants.
Most of the people we provide housing for, are nominated to us by
local councils. We do not accept applications directly from the
public.
To be nominated, you need to contact your local council. Some
councils will allow you to apply if you work in the
area.
