From Monday 6 October PCHA will be moving to a 'tenure blind'
system of housing management. This means that we will have one
officer managing both tenants' and leaseholders' homes within a
geographical area.
There is a team of Housing services officers dealing with general
housing management issues and a team of Income officers dealing
with payment queries.

If you are a
leaseholder
Income services will still be dealt with by a small team which you
can contact on 0208 451 8103/8106.
If you live in east London, your property is being managed by
the East London office which you can ring for housing management
queries on 0208 548 2135/2136/2137 or for rent enquiries on 08457
023 420.
If you live outside of London, your property is now being
managed by Springboard Housing Association (part of Genesis Housing
Group) from the Hertfordshire Office which can be contacted on
01923 219340.
