Do you want to be a mystery shopper?
We are looking for tenants who would like to become mystery
shoppers.
What is mystery shopping?
This is where tenants test our services by, for example, phoning
us or visiting our offices, and then telling us about the service
they received.
Would I be paid?
We would offer a small payment in vouchers to tenants who did
this, and some independent training and support.
Who can join?
As long as you are a PCHA tenant then you can get
involved.
