Tenants' associations
PCHA recognises that tenants' associations provide an important way
for tenants to become involved in the management of their
housing. They are also useful channels of communication between
tenants and the organisation. PCHA actively encourages the
formation and development of tenants' associations. It recognises
that in order to achieve this clear guidance needs to be available
to tenants so that they know what support they can access from
PCHA.
PCHA will provide reasonable resources and support to assist
tenants to promote and set up tenants' associations ensuring they
