some tenants at various stages in their lives, would not be able to
sustain their tenancies. We know that our support services must
match our resident profile and for this reason, we own and manage
either directly or indirectly, a wide range of supported housing
services, through two subsidiaries, PCHA and Springboard.

PCHA has been a leading provider of supported housing services for
vulnerable tenants for over 25 years. We currently provide support
and services to over 1500 tenants, across four main
