Our Agency Services team work with managing agents who deliver
services to tenants in different supported housing projects. Some
of these projects are shared hostels, some are care homes and
others are self-contained flats and houses.
Our managing agents provide housing management and support services
on our behalf, while we provide the maintenance service and work
closely with our managing agents to ensure delivery of appropriate
services to the tenants.
While the services at the projects are delivered by managing
agents, the tenants all receive PCHA tenancies. We provide
permanent, general needs accommodation to many tenants once they
are able to live independently.
We work closely with our partner
organisations (pdf,
12.3Kb) who manage PCHA-owned supported schemes on our behalf.
In handing the management reigns to experienced and dedicated
specialists, we ensure that vulnerable tenants in these schemes
receive the very highest standard of support.
PCHA is part of the SHIP (Supported Housing in
Partnership) group of housing associations working together to
develop best practise and quality services.
