We provide housing and support to approximately 120 vulnerable
tenants in PCHA-owned hostels where PCHA staff provide the housing
management and support is provided by a specialist support provider
in close liaison with PCHA. This relationship is managed via a
service level agreement.
We work with the following partner agencies:
Brent Mental Health Team (services for people with mental health
needs)
Creative Support (services for people with learning
difficulties)
Hertfordshire County Council (services for people with learning
difficulties)
Hightown Praetorian (services for people with mental health
needs)
Support For Living (services for people with learning
difficulties)
Tenants living in these hostels have their own self-contained room,
with shared facilities. Support services are provided for people
with learning difficulties, people with mental health needs, people
with drug and alcohol problems, people who have been homeless and
young people leaving care.
Tenants are referred to the hostel accommodation via their local
authority or the NHS.
