If you are in need of support, our Tenant Support team may be
able to help. Our assessment officers or our floating support
officers might be able to help you manage your tenancy better, or
help you live independently in your home and local community.
Assessment officers can help you to get in touch with external
support agencies such as those supporting individuals and families
around domestic violence, learning disabilities, substance misuse
problems, and mental and physical health difficulties.
Floating support officers can provide direct support to tenants
across most areas where PCHA has housing. The floating support
service involves a worker visiting you at home to offer practical
and emotional support, to help you live as independently as
possible and assist with those issues that might prevent you
successfully managing your home.
