This team provides floating support services to vulnerable
tenants of all ages who are living in PCHA general needs
properties.
The team works with tenants to address any issues and concerns that
may lead to loss of housing. The team aims to support the tenant to
develop their own independence so that they can cope without the
support when they are ready.
The support team can help tenants make sure they're getting all
the benefits they're entitled to, by working in partnership with
care and support providers. They also work with other agencies to
help tenants access training and employment opportunities.
