Paying your rent and service charges


How can I pay my rent and service charges?


There are a number of easy ways for you to pay your rent and service charges. These include:

  • By telephone via allpay.net on 0844 557 8321
  • By phoning your PCHA Income Services Officer and making an 'over the phone' debit card payment via our e-PDQ Lite. Tel: 0208 451 8000
  • Using your PCHA rent payment swipe card at any post office or any shop displaying the 'PayPoint' or 'PAYzone' signs
  • By Direct Debit; please contact your Income Services Officer at PCHA to set up Direct Debit payments. Tel: 0208 451 8000
  • Online at www.allpay.net You will need to register your 19 digit account number to pay this way. Only debit cards are acceptable.
  • A cheque made payable to PCHA with your payment reference number and address on the back
