Your housing management team
Your property manager deals with things like:
- all anti-social behaviour issues
- monitoring cleaning and gardening contractors
- answering queries about service charges
- responding to all neighbourhood issues such as
parking
Your income services officer deals with things like:
- keeping you informed if you fall into rent or service charge
arrears
- agreeing arrangement to pay off arrears and giving advice on
claiming benefits
- arrange to change direct debits, issuing swipe cards and
responding to requests for refunds of overpaid rent
