Your housing management team

Your property manager deals with things like:

  • all anti-social behaviour issues
  • monitoring cleaning and gardening contractors
  • answering queries about service charges
  • responding to all neighbourhood issues such as parking

Your income services officer deals with things like:

  • keeping you informed if you fall into rent or service charge arrears
  • agreeing arrangement to pay off arrears and giving advice on claiming benefits
  • arrange to change direct debits, issuing swipe cards and responding to requests for refunds of overpaid rent
